Fees and Policies

For children in Kindergarten through grade six. June 10–14 and July 8–August 9

Panther Camp is a great place for your child to spend the day! They will be in a nurturing environment, participating in exciting weekly-themed summer activities and adventures. We offer a full-day and half-day camp program with flexible daily or weekly care options. Our program offers different weekly themes that allow students to participate in science, nature, the arts, field trips, and so much more. We have an air-conditioned facility and are surrounded by 32 acres of land with a beautiful playground to facilitate all of our outdoor activities.

Program hours:  7 AM–6 PM

Panther Camp fees:

$30/ half-day
7 AM–12 PM

7 AM–6 PM
**There is a $50 discount for each full week of full-day registrations. 

Fee includes all field trip admissions, program supplies, and daily crafts.  Healthy snacks, drinks, and milk are provided throughout the day, but children must bring their own cold lunch. If you must send a lunch to be heated, please make sure it takes three minutes or less in the microwave. Please have your child bring a water bottle each day.

Registration and Payment are Easy
Registration and payment is due at least one week prior to week of service. Weekly themes are listed. You may register for multiple weeks at a time.

Changes or Cancellation of Registration
If you are registered for Panther Camp and you need to cancel, you MUST provide written cancellation AT LEAST one week in advance.  Unless we receive written cancellation at least one week in advance, you will be responsible for the cost of the dates you are registered for.   

Mounds Park Academy reserves the right to use photographs of your child participating in Panther Camp. You must notify us in writing if you do not want your child photographed.

Outdoor Play
We will follow hot weather safety precautions and limit outdoor time when warranted. Please make sure to apply sunblock before arrival, and/or send sunblock with your child for application as needed. Please send a water bottle with children participating in outdoor sports. It is helpful if you label all items with your student’s name.

Required sign-out procedure
All students must be signed out by an authorized adult. The sign-out sheet will be located inside the school entrance and a staff person will be available to assists parents and guardians. Please indicate on the registration form any additional individuals authorized to pick up your student at the end of the day. Any authorized adult should have proper identification, which may be checked by MPA staff.

Mounds Park Academy requires written permission from the parent/guardian in order to transport students off campus for field trips. Information about field trips and permission forms are distributed on the Monday before the Panther Camp week, or earlier.
